河南省兒童醫院（鄭州大學附屬兒童醫院）始建于1960年，是河南省一所三級甲等兒童醫院，為首批國家區域醫療中心建設試點單位，是河南省兒童醫學中心、河南省兒童疾病臨床醫學研究中心、鄭州大學先進醫學中心兒童疑難重癥及罕見病研究中心依托單位。年主持國家及省部級科研項目20余項。兒科醫學研究所現有科研人員55人，其中博士20人。科研實驗面積約2000m2，擁有先進儀器設備和設施，科研設備總價值約7000萬元。現有基礎研究平臺、分子診斷平臺、代謝篩查平臺、生物樣本庫及臨床流行病研究中心等5個。擁有河南省兒童遺傳代謝性疾病重點實驗室、河南省兒童神經發育工程研究中心等科研平臺15個。目前與國家兒童醫學中心首都醫科大學附屬北京兒童醫院、鄭州大學等建立了緊密的科研合作關系。
Henan Children's Hospital (Children's Hospital Affiliated to Zhengzhou University), established in 1960, is a comprehensive tertiary pediatric hospital. It is one of the first pilot construction units of National Regional Medical Center, Henan Children's Medical Center, Henan Province Clinical Medical Research Center for Children’s Disease and support unit of Research Center for Children's Intractable, Critical and Rare Diseases, Zhengzhou University. It hosts more than 20 national and provincial projects each year. A total of 55 scientific researchers work in the Pediatric Research Institute, among them are 20 PhD’s. The scientific research lab covers an area of 2000 m2, with advanced instruments and equipment worth approximately 70 million RMB. The lab currently consists of a basic research platform, molecular diagnosis platform, metabolic screening platform, biological sample bank and clinical epidemiological research center and was assigned as Henan Provincial Key Laboratory of Genetic and Metabolic Diseases in Children, Henan Provincial Engineering Research Center of Child Neurodevelopment along with 13 other research platforms.Currently, it has established close scientific and research cooperation with Beijing Children's Hospital Affiliated to Capital University of Medical Sciences, National Center for Children's Health,Zhengzhou University, et al.
根據國家兒童區域醫療中心建設目標，為了加強高水平的科研創新與轉化平臺建設，持續提升醫院科研能力，結合醫院實際情況，以全職或柔性引進相結合的方式，面向海內外公開招聘高端科研人才（PI)。
According to the construction objectives of the National Children's Regional Medical Center, in order to strengthen the construction of a high-level scientific research innovation and transformation platform, and continuously improve the scientific research capacity of the hospital, the hospital will recruit High-end Researcher Talents (principle investigator, PI) for a full-time or a flexible position from domestic & overseas under the hospital’s current situation .
一、招聘專業 Profession Wanted
兒童遺傳病、神經心理疾病、腫瘤、營養代謝、感染免疫、危重癥及罕見病等相關專業。
Children genetic disease, neuropsychopathology, oncology, nutrition metabolism, infection and immunity, critical disease & rare disease and other related majors.
二、基本條件Requirements
1.具有中國國籍的公民或外國國籍能來華工作者；
Chinese citizens or foreigners may work in China .
2.已取得突出學術成果，具備帶領科研團隊的能力，曾有獲批國家級重要課題的經歷；近5年來在SCI收錄雜志上以第一作者或通訊作者發表高水平論文（單篇影響因子在10.0以上或累積影響因子在50.0以上）。
Outstanding academic achievements and the ability of leading the research team, important national project approved experience. High-level published papers (with single impact factor above 10.0 or cumulative impact factor above 50.0) in SCI journals as the first author or corresponding author in recent 5 years.
3.能夠獨立帶領團隊開展高水平，高效率的研究工作且按時完成醫院與其簽訂的目標任務。
Able to independently lead the team to carry out high-level and efficient research work and complete the target tasks signed with the hospital on time.
4.在省部級及以上重點實驗室做過項目負責人、在世界知名高水平大學或研究機構擔任助理教授或相當職務優先。
Working experience as project leader in a provincial or ministerial level key laboratory, assistant professor or equivalent position in a world-renowned high-level university or research institute is preferred.
三、薪酬待遇 Salary and Treatment
根據省市相關人才政策及醫院相關制度，采取一事一議約定薪酬待遇；給予豐厚的科研經費、配備科研團隊、享受科研成果獎勵政策。
According to the governmental personnel policies and relevant hospital systems, the salary and treatment shall be agreed on a case-by-case basis. We will provide generous research funds, scientific research teams and reward policies for scientific research achievements.
